Below you will find three different rankings for the pound for pound best in the state. We, at PonyBoy, created our own rankings based off of our research, we sent an email to all the coaches we could find and asked them to participate in a coaches poll, lastly we took a poll through our social media accounts to find out who the Peoples Champ was.

Typically we go through with a justification for each decision we choose at PonyBoy. We think it is important to have a justification for the decisions we make, but lets be honest this is just our flat out opinion. As with all of our rankings these will be fluid throughout the year and will change from month to month as the season plays out. First three out for the PonyBoy Rankings: Mt. Pisgah, Mill Creek, and Woodland Cartersville

For our coaches poll there are several other teams who received votes. Bremen, Glynn Academy, Mill Creek, East Jackson, Jackson County, South Effingham, Toombs, Woodland Cartersville, Commerce, Colquitt County, Union County, Cook County, North Hall, Parkview, Ringgold, Trion, and Elbert County.

Last but certainly not least, we have our fan vote. Other teams also receiving votes for the fan vote were Jefferson, Jackson County, Colquitt County, South Effingham, Bremen, Glynn Academy, Commerce, Mt. Pisgah, St. Pius X.

Remember, we will be redoing these rankings every month during the wrestling season. Keep an eye out on all our social media accounts to take part in the next vote.
